Registration:

Online Meeting Registration Closed December 17, 2004

All participants must register for the meeting by clicking on the “Login” button under FDP Directory on the FDP website http://www.thefdp.org/. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the link “Lost your password?” Once you submit your meeting registration an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Please print this confirmation as your meeting registration receipt.

Registration Deadline is December 17, 2004 - No Refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.

Cancellations prior to registration deadline – Written notification is required for cancellations. Please e-mail Denise Greene (dgreene@nas.edu). Cancellations received prior to the deadline, December 17, 2004, will be charged an administrative fee of $25.

No Shows – Following the meeting, all no-shows will receive an invoice for $35.

Registration Fees:

All attendees for the out of town FDP meeting will pay a registration fee.

The room rate is $119.

The FDP room block includes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. For those planning on staying through Friday night, we were able to extend our room block through Friday January 14th but only up to 45 rooms. We were not able to extend the room block beyond Friday due to the holiday weekend.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first nights room and tax charge. This amount will be billed immediately to your credit card.

The cut-off date is December 10, 2004 for all participants.

Harrah’s is located on the famous strip in Fabulous Las Vegas! This section of the strip is a primary tourist destination with impressive attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment. The Guggenheim museums, Forum Shops and Cirque du Soliel are just a few of the tourist attractions available. The hotel is located approximately 5 miles from McCarran International Airport (LAS). Airport taxi and shuttle services area available for $5-15 per person each way. The Las Vegas Monorail runs along the Las Vegas resort corridor connecting major resort properties and the convention center. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. – 2 a.m. daily. Cost is $3 or less each way. Daily, multi-day, and multi-ride passes are also available.
